ill start
my first pokemon game was red.
my team was vensaur(starter), beedrill, nidoking, parasect, dugtrio and zapdos.

the team i made (tasted a few battles but didn't perfect it yet)

zapdos tailwinding into dugtrio works quite well. reversal sash is also something nice.

I don't even remember anything from Red. The first starter that I remember is Cyndaquil from Silver.

I once met a person who had alakazam lv 74 in that game. he needed me to trade with him cuz everything else was underleveled and he was stuck in the e4.

This is my first team, the one that beat the Elite 4 in 1998. As far as I can remember, these are the correct movesets too. I took out any legendaries as they weren't really part of the team proper.

i must commend you for your memory, but you know tweeking the movesets a bit to make them more competitive is advised.

don't use egg moves if it pleases you, but its not like its bad if you use tm/movetutur/etc.

anyway, did you take this team somewhere? how did your battles go?

I just wanted to record the original team first, even using the Gen 1 format (but for some reason it kept abilities?). I'm still trying to figure out what I'd want to do competatively. I'll post again once I figure that out.
