usable in singles, but the mega slot is extremely competitive and you give up a lot for it, so probably not worth it most of the time
even less usable in doubles (not vgc), pure defensive mons are very weak, could be fun to build a team around it I guess

That is because deviant artists made their way into Nintendo, Pokemon studios and got hired.

There's been a petition for years, spawning almost since Gen 4 where up and coming artists banded together to 'finally reach their goals' by boosting each other into the ranks of 'pro-pokemon' creation.

I know for certain that 8 of the 200+ going for it did get hired.
