What is /vp/'s opinion on Junichi Masuda? Junichi Masuda has some good ideas but all of the games Junichi Masuda has directed are usually not fan favorites (RS, DP, BW, XY). I also disagree with Junichi Masuda's casualization of the games.

I do like him but like many I also have issues with him. You mentioned casualization which I 100% agree with.

I really love BW. Sadly while it was exciting at the time what makes it hard to go back to is the lack of any Pokemon from previous gens until post game.

You kiddin'? I plan on going through Black version again because I know it's the one game in the entire freaking franchise where i don't have to worry about running into the same Kanto mons I've seen for 20 years as wild encounters.
