After contacting NIntendo support, it turns out that my Internet is just too slow to play with other people on both my 3DS and Wii U, and it isn't because I was or wasn't banned. I don't get the banned error codes, so I wasn't banned. My dad won't upgrade the Internet anymore because he uses his logic to say how its a ripoff or something,and it looks like I just can't pay for Internet myself under this house.
