Did anyone else actually lose some Pokémon? This really bothers me, but there's some Pokémon that have just disappeared from my games. I wasn't quite sure before, but always had that feeling. Today, I looked for my old Jirachi. When I say old, that Jirachi was from Pokémon Channel, I must have gotten it in 2005 or something like that.
It's gone. Nowhere to be found, and I was sure it was in my Pokébank with every other Pokémon. Yet, now it's not in my Sun.
Same for a Celebi that I just can't find. And I'm sure there's others.
I don't get it. Did Pokébank mess up? What happened?
This really fucking sucks. Anyone else has that problem?

Nah, I checked. There's only two games it could have been in outside of my Bank/Sun, and it's not there either.
Either I screwed up somewhere or the game did but yeah.

This is what I'm thinking but I'm sure I cleared out all my boxes in X and Alpha Sapphire and got every Pokémon in the Pokébank, I don't see how I could have missed anything, yet they're nowhere to be found.

Have you checked the daycares and any other services that you'd put a Pokemon in and leave it there? I had a friend who hid my shiny fug in a daycare and told me he released it.

Well I'm certain I wouldn't put Jirachi in a day-care, but if I did it was in X and that means it'd be gone now. Good suggestion though.
