My choice for primarina would be 90 speed, and leave everything else as it is. There's no problem with a physically fragile special attacker if it can at least somewhat use a scarf. It also doesn't make any sense to me that a performer that can dance and sing (arguably being able to do fast movements, specially in water) has a pitiful 60 base speed.

For pic related I would very much like to boost its defense and attack.

Slightly faster, hits slightly harder on both ends, more relvevant buff to the Chlorophyll-Growth set than the mega.

Charizard is already insanely powerful with 2 megas. Best keep its buffs spread thin where they won't mean much,

I'm not a Baracunt, I liked Torracat better than Incineroar and I hate it when pokemon lose pseed, or any stat really, upon evolution.

And my favorite set for Decidueye is Roost/Toxic/Spirit Shackle/Leaf blade, which needs more bulk.

It's supposed to be the fastest out the three it is, but 70 speed, it was cucked so hard by GF. It's not even funny. 100 special. Defense. But yet low Hp stat.
Did you ever notice that there is no fast physical attacking grass pokemon. I thought that Decidueye would finally fill that role but GF ducked up His speed for no reason.

He's got 100 special attack
But he can't even learn any special attacking moves by level up. WTF.

And as for incineroar, he's bulky, and he hits hard. Trust me, he really doesn't need speed, it's like giving swampert more speed, but unlike swampert incineroar got access to swords dance. A bulky mon with swords dance and good speed, that's dangerously good. and to be honest his design alone gave me an impression that he was going to be slow.
