well, movepool tweaks would probably include giving it Counter (replace bide), Detect (replaces protect), Mach Punch (instead of headbutt), Reversal (instead of noble roar), drain punch (somewhere in there, maybe replacing even Outrage, and replace automize with Shellsmash.

also, change Clanging Scales into a physical move, possibly lower the BP and instead of lowering user's defense, maybe have it buff user's attack (user is psyching themselves up like some warriors will bang on their shields) or lower opponent's defenses from the cacophonous noise.

All in all, fore a fighting/dragon, it seems to learn few fighting or dragon moves.
