Elgeyem and Beheeyem are also able to learn Steel Wing.

This started in gen 6, and the reasoning is probably because TM51 was Ally Switch in gen 5, but was changed to Steel Wing in gen 6. It's entirely possible that they forgot to change it, but I prefer the theory that it's a reference to Area 51
