I had an idea similar to this today. It was a finch that had seven forms, one for each Gen (for example, a Kanto one would have the genwun angry eyes and spiky feathers, a Johto one would be frilly with some silly patterns, etc). But i'm not sure how you would get all the forms without making a dA-tier game with all the regions. Maybe make each form appear on whichever landscape was more prominent on the region (for example, Hoenn form would be found in the sea).
