Team A is working on the next Gen 7 game on 3ds
Team B is working on Gen 8 on the switch and are going full actual cutscene and dub à la Breath of the wild

Seeing how those series seems closer to the ingame universe than the actual Pokemon anime, the choice of having animal like cries seems more likely
