Primarina is pretty much the same (which is fair), but I don't get why you nerfed its HP. Just give it either Boomburst - which would fix Liquid Voice, the only bad thing about Primarina - or Moonlight and Calm Mind

Its HP got nerfed by 1 point because I wanted to give it a boost in Defense and 65 Speed. I felt like making its HP 79 is not that big of a deal desu.

I actually forgot that it didn't get Calm Mind for whatever reason, that or Moonlight should go over Wish yeah.
