Bi means two, and Sharp means sharp
blacky - derogatory term for one of african american descent
In the olden days runaway slaves were common, and would often roam at night to look for food/supplies. Umbreon, a then unknown pokemon, also frequently came out at night and enjoyed all the delicous food people threw in the trash. Many mistook these Umbreon for runaway slaves, and cries of "get out of here you goddamn blacky" were not uncommon in villages. Even once people realized what was going on, the name stuck. Because as we all know the Japanese are racist xenophobes, and still get a chuckle out of mocking an entire race of people by reducing them to the status of a wild dog
