Well, fuck. I'm horrified to find out what its evos stats are. This is like the 5th time I've been cucked out of a mon I've put a shitload of time in. First Wedgard with no STAB until 28, then Machmona because it was Wonder Traded, then Lasslee because it evolves at 39 and is dead weight, then Nonegative because it fucking flip-flops offensive stats and I got a timid one.

Well, I officially cannot do anything else with my copy of the game, except make a new save file. My pokedex is on 301, all wonder trades have been done, and the only things I can't do are get Ogrelord, Tricient, Tricillion, Ninoop, Draconius, evolve Inbitween into Dragking (unless there's a third Sun Stone somewhere) and evolve Cozload into Snugware because the Up-Grade isn't available yet.
Unless anyone here has any ideas for what I could do of course. I don't want to just start a 2nd playthrough though, honestly.

Yes, sometimes mons change their roles in real Pokemon games, but Gamefreak gives them the moves to do so. Nomaestro has ZERO decent physical movepool, only having access to play rough and EQ. At least give it brave bird or SOMETHING.

Not him, but I've spotted a few tile glitches on the routes going from Parax to Esfores. There's still water showing inbetween tiles on one of the right-side beaches. There's a trainer behind a tree on the Esfores half of the routes, next to a pit, and the cliff tile to his left juts out over player character's head as you walk up.

I noticed Proboskito and Venowatt have quite decent physical defense, so I guess you could run it as a defensive special attacker? It has enough special defense that it bullshitted enemy Psychics quite a few times to set up Tail Glow, and is fast enough to Bug Buzz back for the "fuck off" kill into sweeps.

Judging from these threads, Lizakbar, Whizzard and Venowatt are some of the super common ones people use. I feel like this run I'm doing is a lot less "special snowflake" than my first run. It makes me feel like I should play again with Pokémon that nobody uses just to help test better.

Lizakbar is far and beyond the most popular starter.
Whizzard is a solid ice type with a sweet design that is found often when you go grind for the Water Gym.

After using metronome and getting new attacks some graphic start to glitch. Maybe because the new animations? I didn't really pay attention until now.
This is recent. In the route with the rain when the Ayylmao evo uses moonblast the rain glitches.

I think you could use a ground-type to round out your team, especially considering the 3rd gym. If you don't mind going back to Mt. Moot, Mudslacks is a decent option. If you're dead set on sticking to just 3 Pokemon, Euphoreal is the weakest member in terms of damage, and it's only real early coverage overlaps with Iguallah's.
