There's also the theory that he killed BW protagonist and stole Kyurem from them. That's why they've been missing for 2 years, with no contact, and only N's Dragon senses Kyurem and returns.

I'd say so, which is why he's my favorite villain so far. Ever since Gen 3 we've had villains who were well intentioned extremists, believing their actions were for the good of the world. Even Cyrus to a degree, believed what he was doing was right.
