Evening, I'm going through sun/moon designs I like and breeding

This is my set:

Tsareena @ Choice Scarf
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EV Spread: 76HP, 156Atk, 44Def, 4SpD, 228Spe
- Trop Kick
- High Jump Kick
- Play Rough
- U-Turn

Perks:
- Outspeeds 112 Base speed mons (OHKO's Lucario-Mega)
- Effectively ruins mons that rely on boosting (Mimikyu and Breloom are prime examples) with Trop Kick.
- Moving first means guaranteed attack drops or U-Turn from nasty situations (Grass is a vulnerable typing)
- 2HKO's Tapu Koko with Trop Kick.
- 2HKO's Tapu Fini with Trop Kick.

If you're looking for a slower pivot, and cleric, you could use a bulkier set using max Def/SpD and HP, with the moves Trop Kick, Aromatherapy, Rapid Spin and U-Turn running Leftovers.

OP, put the speed at 252 if you want to outspeed base 115s. Though honestly, Tsareena is only good as a rapid spinner, it should have a totally different EV spread from what anon is suggesting.

It's just a perk for me personally, that I shared my set with. I play singles. Why is this so good on Lucario? Well, Lucario-Mega does not OHKO with a Close Combat, and you can revenge kill it because you outspeed. The only time it does kill you if it SD's, which if it's on the switchin, you still outspeed.

Slow U-Turner with rapid spin and cleric for the team. Moving last and being bulky means it can pivot out reliably.
