The Pawniard would be at most level 51, or it would be a Bisharp.

If Lucario is level 50:
0- SpA Lucario Aura Sphere vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Pawniard: 196-232 (127.2 - 150.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

At level 44, the Pawniard stands a chance:
0- SpA Lucario Aura Sphere vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Pawniard: 148-180 (96.1 - 116.8%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO

Depending on nature, effort values etc etc, the Lucario could be as low as level 19.
252+ SpA Lucario Aura Sphere vs. 0 HP / 0- SpD Pawniard: 100-124 (81.9 - 101.6%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO

It's not an old comic, though. From 2016. The rules should still apply. Also, while looking it up, this is what I found the author saying.

So, yeah, those calcs don't work in this particular scenario. Still, OP asked about calcs, didn't specify the scenario, so you're not wrong.
