There's no place for Genesect in a serious Ubers team.
All Ubers team have to have two team slots dedicated to P-Don and Xerneas in the first place.
As for the four other slots, Genesect doesn't offer anything that you can't get with other, better pokemon.

The only viable set for it is scarf, which is fun to use imo but its still garbage. It can't even outspeed Xerneas after a geomancy. If you want an offensive pivot its much better to just use Mega Scizor or Landorus
