We will be getting Fire Red and Leaf Green remakes before Diamond and Pearl remakes
Before you start angrily replying, listen to my reasoning.
>FRLG happened during a generation that couldn't trade with previous gens
>HGSS happened because the DS can't play pre-GBA games
>ORAS happened because the 3DS can't play GBA games
The 3DS can still play DPPt, so there is no reason for a remake. FRLG, however, cannot be played on a 3DS.
Therefore, we will get Kanto remakes very soon.
