Just pick the gender you consider yourself as mentally and go with it.

If you think of yourself as anything more than either just a boy or a girl regardless of whether you have Balls of Steel or a holy gate in the middle of the Dark Forest, then you might have a underlying mental problem caused by a childhood trauma you might really need to fucking solve. That doesn't mean you should stop being yourself, but there's fucking limits. I just fucking read about a guy that literally became a ayy lmao because it fucking felt like one then noticed that it suffered fucking bullying in its childhood, meaning, it might have suffered from being considered a outcast in its infancy.

Joking aside, they should just let you design your character to look how you want without specifying gender. Only issue would be pronouns or characters who refer to you as boy/girl but I'm sure they could write around that fairly easily. Most of the time people are talking at you rather than having a conversation with you in these games anyway
