It annoys me when people say the Team Rocket Admin's theme is Giovanni's theme. He has the standard Trainer Battle theme.
I've never been a big fan of the main antagonist themes, but Lusamine's 2nd theme changed that. It's great.

Probably based it off this, since this is the first time Giovanni had a special battle theme other than kanto gym leader theme.

Favorites are Lysandre's theme, Lusamine's themes, Guzma's, and maybe Archie/Maxie.
Favorite villain is Lusamine, most of the other ones never pulled me in as villains much, except for maybe Ghetsis who I did enjoy as a bad guy. Lysandre gets an honourable mention for having a nice death scene but otherwise he was pretty forgettable too.
