Agility stands out as an awful form changing move, because nothing is outspeeding a +2 Normal Forme Deoxys to begin with, Agility is Speed Forme only so it may as well be Extremespeed.

It probably needs a protect move that turns it into Defense Forme too.

All ultra beasts, as well as Necrozma, have base stats made up of only prime numbers.
They'd have to mix about deoxys' stats and they won't bother

It depends.If it's like >>31949344 says,not much.If it changes forms as needed(attack when attacking/def when attacked/Speed if against a faster mon) it would kick Fug's ass.
