Everything in to offensive stats with enough speed to be slow but also bad in Trick Room. Give it either no movepool or a large pool with no good STAB and only moves of the weaker attacking stat.

Minmaxing speed is always worst then minmaxing an offensive stat. You mau concur with me that, even on tanks, or even walls, receiving no damage is better than receicing a bit of it.

A minimum stat of 90 or 89.

Just take Kommo-o as an example. Literally everything that could go wrong with statting a pokemon went wrong.
It has good bulk and bad speed with a horrid defensive typing.
It learns dragon dance, its atk is higher than its sp.atk and its physical movepool is infinitely worse than its special one.
Its signature move lowers its defense, making his high bulk even more pointless and his lack of speed even more crippling.

That's how you make a high BST pokemon dogshit.

Kyurem-W and Kyurem-B both have 700 BSTs yet still suck. You could make them slightly worse by taking 15 or so BST out of their speed and putting it into their secondary attack stat
