As an instict non spoofer, how do I go about getting 100 coins a day? It seems every level 10 instinct gym I put something in gets taken down the next day, the only consistent Pokémon that hasn't returned to me was a blissey I left in a gym with 6 other blissey. How do you do it?

Well you gotta invest dust to try to get a good, high spot in said gyms.
Dragonite and Tyranitar are the two top choices, followed by Snorlax, Gyarados, Rhydon and Vaporeon, now Blissey too.

Another way is to drive/walk to secluded spots with low traffic and put your mons there, hoping you'll get to collect more than 10 coins.

So how do I teleport without softbanning?

Been grinding a Slowpoke nest for a perfect one. Do perfect IVs have specific locations? I saw a perfect Geodude in LA for example randomly. But man I've got nearly 100 Slowpoke candies at this point and 88.9 is the highest I've gotten and I don't even think it has the right moveset AND I've run out of 2km eggs to try and hatch one.

Drop rates are extremely low, I've hit thousands and gotten maybe 10 items total, so about 0.5% chances to get one per swipe. Santa Monica Pier is famously full of variety stops and very active gyms, San Francisco's piers near Alcatraz are good for farming stops dratini and pidgeys, outside the US there's a park in Japan that's dedicated to GO so there's over 60 stops park wide, but they also haven't implemented the Locations feature there so you have to scan / search manually. Whats the best spot everyone has found for being able to just sit between a bunch of stops and farm. I know the pier itself in Santa Monica has two very close areas that are each a three stack of stops. Basically sit inbetween grab all thee move to the other three and then back.

Bad idea man, do not go deep into it. I did the same thing during the games release and wound up bored of the shallow gameplay, gave up catching them all and spoofed for a complete dex, eventually put the game down altogether for 3 months. As of gentoo release I am testing how long I last as a legit player and taking a slower approach to playing so I dont starve myself waiting for more content before the summer. This is the kind of game can only be appreciated when you play for your own sense of accomplishment thats not based on what other people have. Use it occasionally as a fitness app, maybe check it perodically through whatever you do in your day. Maybe use pokesensor or drop lures to curb any addictive thoughts you develop over this game, and see if you can find a shit mon and not capture him to test whether you are displaying
