Besides 3, I cheated on every gen I played. Gameshark, Action Replay, Pokésav, gen and hex, you name it. Getting whatever pokémon I wanted was always fun.

I have erased saves with shinies on it.

I only stopped being a casual in Gen 5. Learned about the game mechanics and competitive.

I regret buying Sun and I'm seriously considering trading or selling my Gen 6 and 7 games for the DS ones.

There's an NPC in the first gate between Aspertia and the route that change his dialogue when you win the league. He asks you if you remember the day you walked through that gate with your starter pokémon in your adventure. I felt bad for not using my starter in BW2 and I started a new save. Now I have used my Serperior through the game and it was really fun.

I started at Gen 1 and never completed a single pokemon until Gen 4.

I unironically think gen 5 was the worst gen. I can appreciate what Gamefreak was going for but I can't enjoy it at all.

I still haven't bought Sun or Moon, and I have no interest in doing so. I actually like most of the Pokemon designs, I just don't want to play Pokemon again, despite how different S&M is. I think I'm starting to outgrow Pokemon, and it's a horrible feel. It has been one of the few constants in my life, I don't want to just suddenly go away.

I've never finish B2W2, because they just can't hold my interest for whatever reason. I've only ever gotten to the desert before stopping and quitting.

I've played through every other main game all the way through though.

I really want to play through Colosseum and Gale of Darkness, I have both, just haven't beaten them

i've never finished a gen 1 or 2 game. I've played them on emulators but i can't sit through them and just play the remakes instead. My first game was leafgreen for clarification.

I sold my Fire Red to JewStop, Emerald to some normie-shit YEARS ago. I forgot what I did with my Leaf Green, oh wait, that's right, the dip-shit cousin that took it without my consent or lost who knows what the fuck happened to it, thankfully my cousin was able to salvage some of my old Pokémon from LG and I think my White or something like that. FUCK SHIT, I just now remembered I also sold my White to FUCKING JEWSTOP. And I lost my Diamond which had a shiny Gloom which my other cousin found and caught for me when he took my game without my consent. Only God knows/remembers what I did with my Gold, Crystal and Silver. I think I got rid of them somehow. I lost my AS and OR and X because I got loans for/on them because I needed the money back then. JUST FUCK SHIT. I think I recall that I traded my Ruby and Sapphire version for version back them, you know, like traded the actual game for game, one of those things/type of trades.

My dream Pokemon game is practically the exact opposite of what we got from Sun/Moon; minimal focus on story and cutscenes, and no handholding, in favor of vast, wide open wilderness and the raw sense of adventure.

But after playing Sun, it's probably my new favorite game in the series ESPECIALLY because of its plot and lovable cast. And I enjoyed all the cutscenes. I even like Hau and the Rotom Dex. I don't give a fuck.

I beat Red in SoulSilver by spamming explode + revives. I wish I could go back and replay it properly, but I sold my copy like a dumbass once B/W came out.
