It's high, don't get me wrong, but rampardos had the highest attack of all non-mega and non-lgendary pokemon, 165 is nothing to scoff at, and you're banding hum and fully investing in the nature. I'm honestly surprised it doesn't KO, the one thing it's supposed to do is not leave anything standing if it manages to attack at all.
