At least over 60 episodes later they are finally giving a shit about the bad animation. I now just suggest everyone to skip to the Goku Black arc because everything before that is garbage (except maybe a few select episodes). Seems like the Black arc and everything after it will be fine. The current arc seems to be rather decent and reminiscent of the original Dragon Ball fights (not spamming beams, unique characters, actual strategy used). If it has no new transformation asspulls, it should be fairly good.

I would say tri looks worse, comparatively. When you consider tri has a movie budget and Appmon only has a TV budget, Appmon looks more or less fine and from what I've noticed so far has little quality and pretty good CGI. Tri on the other hand, for movies, looks like absolute ass and has some of the worst CGI I've seen from Toei in years.

I said it was "okay" never said it was good. The current arc still has shoddy models, but 90% of the time it's actually on-model which definitely wasn't the case for anything before the black Goku arc. It was more like 90% of the time shit would look off-model as fuck and the animation was virtually non-existent.

I don't really follow the Ashnime because it's terrible, but the latest season looks like dogshit. I could have sworn that even the D/P anime looked better. How could they actually make it look worse ten years later?

A big part of the people in this thread need to sit down a moment and learn about animation.
