Assuming you injected it, you need to follow this process:
1. Export save using a save manager (Something like JK's save manager)
2. Put it on your PC, keep it for later (This isn't necessary but things can go wrong)
3. Download the latest patch and the required ROM
4. Patch the .gbc file and make it into a CIA using ultimate GBC VC injector
5. Put it onto your sd card, inject it with FBI.
6. You should now have an updated Prism.
7. Delete the old Prism
8. Go back onto your save manager tool and import the old save into the new Prism.
9. Launch Prism and hope it is there.
Done.
