Seems fair enough. It would be enough of a hinderance to stall teams that it would take a huge amount of consideration and planning to even use on one. It's a good counter to stall teams, even. Very nice. They just have to never make a defensive poison type again

But they all carry recover or some variant, that's the point. Leftover chip damage is basically irrelevant, but without recover, their degeneracy is no more.
