Citadark Isle is supposed to be very far away from Gateon Port (which is based on San Francisco). Pyrite Town is obviously Las Vegas. Everyone knows that Phenac is Phoenix. Agate Town is Seattle.

It would also open up the possibility of Orre being used again as well as another Orre reference in the Generation V remakes (SINNOH CONFIRMED).
