Have you ever heard Remixes of Contra or Doom?

They are almost always on point since those actually reference Metal bands, take a gander at Running from evil paying homage to Hangar 18, its pretty much a musical blasphemy to change a note or tone there.

Contra is famous for how good people try to adapt their tracks, Hotter than hell or Boss2 from super contra got really awesome remixes that keep it original even when they go prroogressive rock with them.

And finally contra Hard Corps has some of the most on point tracks for both format X and GTR attack despite those two being incredibly hard to adapt to normal instruments.

Ig anything i blame the shitty musicians for not respecting the framework they are given and instead try to hard to be original.

On a similar note to Glitchxcity, why does it seem like almost every single remix of a Pokemon song some garbage techno? Seriously, it's everywhere and it got old real quick.

I'm not too sure why, but unless it's in a church or other appropriate setting, I really dislike those "haha epic choir orchestra! xd" vocals in songs. Like if I'm watching a film or something and they start playing something like that in the background during an important part of it. You can make your song sound "grand" without resorting to those.

You should change that, Contra Hardcorps is probably the most enjoyable of its genre with a really nice oldschool feel to it, play the sega genesis version for the music, wich uses the sound system to its fullest.

Doom vanilla and Doom2 are filled with homages to metal in their tracks and are exceptionally well made even by today standards, heck i might even say they are better than most FPS just because of how well put their dungeon crawling elements are crafted in, DOOM 2016 ost picks up from this and honestly you should play it if given the chance.

Seriously even if its only for the music or the remixes that come form contra hardcorps and the DOOM franchise are just amazing.
