Not sure if ban-worthy. i don't think even Protean is ban-worthy.

I mean yeah, Protean is good as fuck, but it's actually got better MOSTLY because it can screw Ash-Greninja checks and counters. i don't think the whole meta is around Protean, but both Greninja being top tier threats making make it sure look like it.
