No, Dusclops isn't perfect, because you would just use Misdreavus instead if you wanted a bulky Eviolite ghost, since it also has Foul Play and Taunt, better Speed and HP than Dusclops. If you want a safer option which also deals a good amount of physical damage, use Dusknoir. No need for Dusclops

Guys, Dusclops is good for having Pressure and Spite so you can fuck with pokemon that have low PP attacks, like shitting on Head smash, Fire Blast, Stone Edge, and Gunk Shot users so you run them out of PP and neuter them. Pokémon in PU generally need higher base power moves so they can break all the eviolite-powered walls. Dusclops helps shit on this. IT's still KNock Off bait, though and dies to Barbaracle, brutally I might add, but Dusknoir is just as much Knock Off bait, so there's not that much of a difference.
