Make a mega excel doc with one column for each pokemon, another column for each box and another column for each row of those boxes.

Then just check the final poke in each box matches the spreadsheet and you're good.

I need to be able to find them later. I had them arranged according to type and evolutionary line in Gen VI, but the new Pokemon fucked it all up and I had to use search every goddamn time. I figure that if they're in National order, then at least the next time new Pokemon come out I can just stick them on the end.

Shit, I just named my boxes 1-30, 31-60, 61-90, etc, and then filled each box to the best of my ability before moving on to the next one. Didn't bother making a list of missing 'mon until I was done. Pic related, after my living dex was stolen, had to replace it all somehow.
