Throat Chop is almost exclusive to Incineroar. It is learned at a level beneath Incineroar's natural evolution level, so it must be learned from the Relearner. Through Incineroar, it can be bred as an Egg Move for Sneasel.
Its distribution is perhaps even worse than Event-moves.

Reflect Type is a common move on defensive Starmie.

Circle Throw was used on Throh in Gen 5.
Magma Storm is one of the best moves in the game and is standard on Heatran.
Dual Chop was used on Dragons such as Garchomp in Gen 5.
Natural Gift is commonly used on lure sets.

Most of the rest were either new moves, signatures, or meme moves, so they were all well known.

Only ones that got me were Flower Shield, Floral Healing, Purify and Hold Back.

Remember when Laser Focus, Throat Chop, and Aurora Veil were found in the demo, and we all thought they were the signature moves of the starter final evos, but they weren't at all? That was surprising.

Reflect type on starmie allows it to beat scarf tyranitar if it uses pursuit and banded ttar in general. If you were particularly afraid of starmie being pursuit trapped, it's great. Only really relevant to gen 6, but I suppose it could be used to beat scizor in UU.
