There's not really any point in giveaways unless you're lazy. It's all in good fun and it can be nice to feel like you're receiving a gift but it really does just boil down to laziness. You only have to put a few files on your SD card and you're done, there's literally no risk of bricking as you don't need CFW to PKHeX.
