Pyroar has no moves, but you do have a few options. You have Fire Blast/Flamethrower/Overheat and Hyper Voice for STAB, HP Grass (or Solarbeam-based Bloom Doom, if you don't mind taking up a Z-Crystal slot) to take care of bulky waters, Will-o-Wisp and Taunt for support, Dark Pulse for coverage, and that's pretty much it.

No matter which gender, you either get a Sp Atk boost, or you are able to cripple the enemy with Attract. Will o wisp is for spamming.
