get pokerus and power items and go kill some shit on beachfront, pokemon school and ten carat hill

beachfront has slowpoke for hp, yungoos for attack, wingull for speed
pokemon school has magnemite for spatk and a-grimer for hp
ten carat hill has roggenrola for defense
the beach has tentacruel for spdef

all you have to do is abuse SOS chain battle these mons. With pokerus you just need 7 fainted mons to max your EVs, as long as you have a power item equipped. The hardest part is transmitting pokerus to your mon, really.
