Depends, really. Since so many protags got something, I assume she will too. Her popularity was at its peak when the game came out, and is going down steadily until it will settles down among other girls, so if GF is smart, now would be the perfect time to release her merch.
But considering they're focusing on other girls right now, I'd say it'll take some time. Her merch will come depending on how popular she is after that.
