I've walked a Charizard over than 200km, almost maxed it out. And then Niantic decided to fucking nerf Wing Attack into the ground while giving it a much better charge move. It isn't good as an attacker, it isn't good to leave in gyms. It's just shit.

So when I come across an arena from my team, it's level 10 with 10 pokemons in it, there's no way for me to kick one off to replace it with a stronger one, is there?

Tried the spoofing from Android thing myself and was having trouble with rubber banding back and fourth. the dev said in the comments that the only way to fix it was to wrap your phone in tin foil or some shit. So it's pretty much not working anymore. I really wanted to try spoofing too, at least to the park across the way, nothing too crazy.

Tried to take down a Mystic gym today so I can get 100 coins instead of 80.

Kept getting cockblocked by a 2500 CP Blissey.

My 3k Mud Shot Rhydon couldn't kill her quickly enough.
My 3k Hydro Pump Vape couldn't kill it quickly enough.
My 2.5k Hydro Pump Gyarados couldn't kill it quickly enough.
I had a 3k Rock Smash Rhydon but it's in a gym so I couldn't use it.

It was going to be hard enough with the pre-nerf quick moves but now? It's fucking impossible. But enemy Blisseys can eventually be handled with friends or whatever. How the fuck are you expected to ever prestige that shit?

I'm disappointed with this update.

It's great that they added Johto but without a simultaneous release of other 'promised' features like PvP and/or trading, Niantic is essentially re-treading old grounds. We still have a game where there's only two things you can do- catch Pokemon and play Capture the Flag. The only difference is that there's now more Pokemon to catch.

That's not to say it isn't fun but what happens when everyone has caught all the Johto Pokemon? Then, like last time, they will most likely give up because there isn't anything new to do in the late game.

That's not even getting into the other crap they've yet to fix like how shit the game is for anyone who does not live in the city.

I imagine though that they will and there has been a spike of activity that will rollover for Niantic before it everyone gives up again. Even if it's a flash in the pan, they'll definitely roll in cash. My greatest concern is that they'll keep doing it and keep pushing back new features because they aren't financially incentivised to actually fix the game. Sad thing is, people don't change unless they are desperate and I imagine that could be the same case with Niantic.

Why bother spending the time to develop and add in PvP, if people will keep coming back to catch Pokemon and reading minor text fixes? Why bother doing all that when the current model is making them a lot of money?

Better than before. Hyper beam is still better on wigglytuff, since fighting is only neutral against wigglytuff one would probably use Scizor or Steeix to take care of it, and both dazzling gleam and HB don't do shit to them, so you might as well nuke them with hyper beam.

what pokemon do you fight Blissey with I was trying to fight a 2792 with a 2790 Rhydon with rock smash and I could not beat it. Im level 30 and the Rhydon is maxed out for me. I've heard Dragonite could work but I don't have one of those.

Didn't have much people and this game was huge in my area. Think I'm gonna stop. Caught all commons and there isn't much to do..I already have 10 gym coins daily.

Both ways of fighting sucks. Battling with others makes you have instant KOs and alone takes forever or is even impossible now.

Perhaps I should clarify. I can't say left or right definitively. Usually my phone is in my left hand since I keep it in my left pants or coat pocket. If I'm just trying to catch a shitmon or hit a stop, I just use left thumb since it's already there. Driving, I use my richt hand, since I need to hold the steering wheel more often than the shifter.

Getting to these locations I can take different roads (avoiding traffic etc.) and there happen to be gyms in these towns and next to these roads. I also like to take stolls and therefore sometimes drive my car to different areas to go for a walk there.

I had three mankeys spawn together at a local park a while back, but it's not a nest and I had never seen a mankey before that. I haven't seen one since.

Just now the park next to my house spawned three abras next to each other and for a second I thought it had become a nest, but now it's back to spawning the same stuff it always does. Abras are fairly rare here.
