Even as a gimmick, it's not very good. Would be better with another snow warning user on the team...but then you'd probably have too many ice types (usually not a good thing).

Just get a snow warning one.

Also for easy EV training in the future:
>keep wondertrading until you get something that has pokerus
>get the EV gain boosting items from battle royal shop; fastest way to get bp is doing battle tree, but if you can't do that, easiest method is to lose in battle royal
>infect desired pokemon with pokerus, give it ev boosting item of choice
>SoS chain what you want to EV train on

Getting items/pokerus might take a while, but after that it's really fast
