I was challenged by a team of Rayquaza, Mew, Groudon, Kyogre, Xerneas, and Tapu Koko.

I won, but I had a team of Talonflame (not EV trained or bottle capped), Mega Mence, Koko, Tsareena, Empoleon, Linoone, and I managed to win. Once Rayquaza and Groudon went down, I was able to sweep with +6 Linoone.

most people's party isn't battle ready at any given time. The game is not very intuitive or helpful in showing you how to set the six Battle Teams up for immediate fights. And this is without doing things like doublechecking items or last minute TM changes from PVE to PVP
