Seems pretty good actually. You can offset the fact that Slacking is getting constant regeneration because it allows you time to set up/status/switch out.

Would be somewhat difficult to deal with, considering it could get back half its health every other turn. I'd imagine Pursuit would be a popular move for them, possibly paired with Yawn. Yawn on your lazing turn, and when the opponent thinks they can setup, and pursuit on the attacking turn when the opponent switches to avoid being put to sleep. Then could run Double Edge and Slack Off to round off the moveset. Would have some trouble with Steel types, perhaps, but less so now that Steel doesn't resist Dark.

All Slaking needs is the addition of a new item that nullifies abilites when held.
It'd allow him to use his stats every turn but not break him since he wouldn't be able to use another item at the same time.
It'd also help Regigigas and maybe have some niche with Trick/Switcheroo users.
