I doubt that there's available food in UB land fit for human consumption, at the very least not in the rocky area we visited.

Hunger would set in for both Guzma and Lusamine, but Lusamine is all hopped up on neurotoxin.

I expect she would have quickly turned to cannabalism and overpowered Guzma with UB-01.

After Guzma was gone she'd begin feeling the effects of hunger again, maybe resort to eating her own flesh, and eventually die a slow death.

Assuming that water is still available in the UB dimension that is.
