The chance to sleep a mon is very important

Vs

Zap Cannon, which is weaker and has a lower accuracy than Thunder, with its only benefit being 100% Paralysis chance and

Dynamic Punch, which is outclassed by weaker 100% accurate physical coverage that's more widely available, and weaker tham stuff like Close Combat and Superpower (and Superpower will cause more damage over more turns on average because of DPunch's accuracy)

Gengar doesn't even really run Hypnosis anymore either 2bh, so it's kind of irrelevant.

When it comes to accuracy, anything that isn't 100% accurate will miss all the time, so the difference between 50% and 70% is basically the same as the difference between 1% to 2%.

everything that learns dynamic punch either has no guard or a stronger stab it can run that has more accuracy

hypnosis is a shit move for shit players like the ones that think z hypno xurk is good when it's absolute trash.
