I'm trying to play pokemon sun through hans but I keep getting the invalid error on romfs, how do I fix it?

I did update to 11.3 because yes, I am retarded, but I replaced the otherapp file and can go into the homebrew menu just fine.

I know that an updated hblauncher loaded was released but I don't know to update/install it and I couldn't find an easy guide that my dumb self would be able to do without breaking my 3ds

Since it's a transfer, I have no idea what it is. Do you mind if you fix it? I'm sorry

The only time I forgot to backup my save and when I open the game, it says the data is corrupted. So I loaded an older backup file and still got the same message. So I deleted the save and still got the same message. I deleted the entire game, let's see how it goes.

So I'm having this problem. Using PKHeX (170207) and JKSM. I erased the file from both JKSM, system and the game itself. Every time I try to load any save on my game, even previous backups I had no problem with, it will say it's corrupted. Does anyone know what can be happening?

I've never done qr code because doing this never failed.

So I'm gonna hack my 3ds soon and I also want to get into save editing for HG/SS and B/W. This will be the first time I've ever done any sort of save editing or hacking so I'm a huge noob. Sorry. Just a few questions that I would really appreciate answered.

I'd like to use Pokesav to edit save files. If the game saves to the game cart itself, how do I connect the game cart to the PC to access and edit save files?
Can I do it through the 3ds's microsd card?
Are there other ways to access and edit these save files?
Are there other good programs for editing save files for the DS pokemon games?
Can pokesav be used on the 3ds once it's hacked?

You don't. You use your 3ds to copy the save on the cart onto the SD card, then edit that on PC and use the 3ds to replace the cart's save with the one on the SD card. Another way to edit saves is PKSM.

Yep.

Another good one is PKSM, which can be installed on your 3ds and allows for most important editing (I don't know if it currently can be used to change stuff like met locations) without having to use a PC at all after installation.

I think PokeGen/Pokesav is good for the DS gen, while PKHeX is used for gen 6/7. I'm not entirely sure as I didn't do much injecting back then.

Under Trainer Information, there's a TID/SID and OT name thing. Below it, there's a latest OT option. Fill that out with whatever name you so please and then click on the "Latest (Not OT) Box" until it's highlighted green. Like so...
This indicates that there was either a trade or a transfer and that the current handler isn't the original trainer. Hope I could help!

i updated to v6.6-ed8aee8b and the "Enable region/language emu. and ext. .code" option is now missing, i guess replaced by a "Enable game patching" option but it says

Well, first of all, you can only get Lugia's Hidden Ability (Multiscale) in Pokemon Dream World. It hasn't ever been released since. To do this, you'll have to change the encounter level to 10, it has to be from Black2 or White2 it has to be in a Dream Ball and the met location has to be "Pokemon Dream Radar". GTS is weird, so in order to get it, you'll have to trade it at level 10. You're free to do the natures, IVs and EVs and held item however you want, though. Tell me if you still have issues. Otherwise, enjoy your Dream World Lugia!
