I don't know man. I'm glad i don't need a hm slave just to go cut or fly but I can't say I'm too happy about renting a ride pokemon when the theme was "adventure with YOUR pokemon" and use them to tackle any obstacle in your path.

I guess I'm just mad at the way hm were implemented. That tunnel in Hoenn proved that they could easily make it so that hm's only needed to be used only once and the tree or strength boulder wouldn't respawn when you changed areas

The lack of other trainers threatening you with the same level of power you can carry(Alola did a little better on this but Gen 6 made you like one of the ONlY PEOPLE IN EXISTENCE who can do Mega)
Gen 6 wasn't great but I miss my roller skates
Festival Plaza's fun but I don't like that it's the only way to contact online players
