It's very difficult to get No Guard Fissure Machamp due to the way HAs work upon transfer. Not impossible but don't expect to see it in every single team.
You can't transfer over any glitches at all, including Mew.

Correct, unless it also happens to have the OT: GF and ID: 22796. You can use 8F or save editing to give it that info, though
