If we got a buffalo instead of the ox, a zebra instead of a horse, a ram instead of a sheep, a chinchilla instead of a rabbit - and including the fox instead of a dog and the mishmash echidna instead of a rat - will you say you were wrong? Will it still be a stretch?

I'm willing to be proven wrong to be honest. But it's been clearly in line with it thus far, with only ambiguities and stretches on either side being the arguments against it. I even remember some people claiming Charizard doesn't fit the dragon slot - isn't that stretching it, too? I'm not saying the zodiac is 100% right and we can't be proven wrong, but try and look at it from both perspectives. It's good to be skeptical of patterns sometimes, but this theory actually has evidence and arguments to back it up.
