Moon has Celesteela and Pheromosa, excellent sublegends that are very usable and Sun has Kartana (very usable) and Buzzwole (somewhat less but still good).
Lunala(Moon) is far better than Solgaleo(Sun) in combat, it's up to you which design you like better.
Chicken chan has way more custom options than the guy, so choose her if you like to customize, choose the guy if you want a guy.
