so at a win/loss ratio of 3:1 you will never reach the 200 wins mark

lets see how much we need to win to reach the 200 wins mark
the total energy every 24 hours gained is 576
576/20 = 28.8

shown above, we require 28.57 wins/day to get the 200 mark

this means you can afford to lose 1 game for every 124.2 wins
basically you can afford to lose exactly once throughout the entire event, and you have to be playing at least often enough to never let your energy top off completely as it has to regen nonstop for efficiency

You could have checked the in-game help section or the FAQ in the OP, or googled it since dozens of other people have asked the same question, but I'll spoonfeed. Green cubes increase Chain Level. When you level up in Chain Level, you can add 1 point of damage to any white or gold attack. Cubes have to be of higher or equal rarity to the figure you're fusing with. Fusing the same type of figure will also increase C Lv.

its a scout with a base 45.8% evasive wheel (part dodge part freeze)
so it can run around the board, and its risky to attack because if it lands a freeze that can turn the game or sometimes win it outright if they're dumb enough to attack it before building a board presence

you generally want your scouts to be evasive with CC like that (leafeon, poliwag, emolja, squirtle also good evasive dudes), or have some other kind of specialty (like greninja with a reliable gold)

you can pay 10 (?) gems to continue the streak but its not really worth it
better to just restart usually unless you know your deck and skills are good enough to go the whole way
